So you want a custom design? Awesome, we’re here to help. We’ll try and make this painless, especially if it’s your first time.
Making custom clothing is our passion and we can’t wait to put something together for you that will blow your mind. We’ve done custom designs for some of the top Pro teams as well hundreds of others.

Once you are ready to to go, we'll provide you a final invoice and setup a shared folder upload your team logos and roster.
In most cases we require vector graphics. The main difference vector and raster (picture graphics is that raster graphics are composed of pixels, while vector graphics are composted of paths. What does that mean? It means a vector graphic can be manipulated easily to the scale we need, a raster graphic can not.
FINAL STEP
Once we have all the information / assets and have a feel for what you are looking for, we collect payment in full and start the process.
Timelines for design and production will be discussed at the time of order. "TYPICAL" times for artwork are 5-7 business days and 21 business days for production. These times are not guaranteed, but we work damn hard to meet or exceed them.
I bet I know what you are thinking….all of this artwork mumbo jumbo sounds expensive. Well, it is, kinda. Artwork for orders of less than 5 jerseys carry a $150 art and setup fee. However, if you order more than 5 jerseys, the jersey artwork is free! Notice we said jersey artwork, that means that if you send us a bunch of cruddy logos or don’t have a team logo, there could be an additional charge. That is assessed on a case by case basis and will be discussed with you prior to your order being completed. Your free jersey artwork does NOT include a free logo.
CONCEPT PROOF
Concept proofing ensures that we are going in the direction that you want to see on your item.
DESIGN PROOF
This proof is a mock up of what the final custom product will look like.
FINAL PROOF
Final proofing includes the garment sizing and spelling for any supplied names.
PRODUCTION
After all stages of proofing are approved the job is sent to production.
Here are some common questions.
Q: Once we have our jerseys and decide to add a player, do we need to order the 5 jerseys again?
A: No, as long as you are keeping the design the same, there is only the cost of the jersey.
Q: So we ordered Jerseys, but we want some T’s. How does that work.
A: If we can apply your jersey art work to the product with few changes, then there are no additional costs other than the cost of the products you order
Q: My buddy is a badass graphic artist. Can you send me a template for him to design our jersey.
A: No. Ntensity Customs doesn’t share our templates. We can however likely make your buddy’s design come to life. There may be a charge for this and it’s best discussed on case by case basis.
Q: So we realized we don’t have a logo, can you help?
A: Of course, we’ve done hundreds of logos. We can absolutely come up with something you’ll love.
Q: I noticed Ntensity Customs is in Canada. How does that work for shipping?
A: We have shipping facilities in Sarnia, Ontario and Port Huron Michigan. That means if you live in North America, we’ll ship from your country to make sure you don’t get stuck with border delays or crazy taxes and brokerage fees.
Q: We need a rush order, can you make jerseys for this weekend?
A: Unfortunately we don’t accept rush orders. We’re already rushing an order for the last 10 people who needed rush orders. While we’d love to help, in most cases it isn’t possible.
Q: Do you do team packages?
A: We don’t have anything specific because, lets face it getting 5 people to agree on everything is tough. But let us know what you need and we’ll try and help!
