Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days when in stock. Backordered items will be noted before checkout. A business day is Monday to Friday and excludes statutory holidays

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking will be provided by email. Questions about your tracking can be sent to sales@ntensitycustoms.com

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ntensity Customs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We always try to ship from your country (in North America) and will contact you if this is not the case.

Damages

Ntensity Customs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
